Parksville/Errington and beyond Delbrook Equine offers a number of services to meet your horses needs.   I have gained experience handling hundreds of horses over the years and have worked with several different breeds in several different disciplines.  I work between Nanaimo - Qualicum Beach regularly, but will make special day trips to other locations on the island. Our Facilities include a large 200' x 300' sand arena, a 60' x 120' arena, and a 60' roundpen.  The paddocks are no climb with electric and every paddock has a shelter.  There is a covered area to tack up and a bathroom in the office. There are two Arabian stallions offered for breeding, both are Breeders Sweepstakes nominated and have some of the best bloodlines in the world.

The services that I offer include... Sheath Cleaning - An affordable option as I do not use sedation.  Geldings should have their sheath cleaned once a year at the very least while two to four times a year would be ideal.  Stable Mucking - Yes I do! Too busy or your lined up help falls through give me a call.  I am fast and do a good job mostly due to a lot of practice. House/Horse sitting - Offering overnight or day visits if you are heading out of town.  Leave your animals at home and save them the stress of staying in a strange kennel. Training - From untouched to finishing.  I don't follow any fad methods and treat each horse like an individual.  We are always learning when it comes to working with horses and I will work with the owner to try to reach their goals so that not only I can ride their horse, they can feel confident as well. Miscellaneous Horse issues - trailering issues, nasty vices, halter breaking.  Give me a call even if you just need an extra set of hands. Horse show help - Whether it is a first show, or you just need an experienced groom I can help prepare you horse, walk you through the different types of classes and coach you.  I have experience in most disciplines and know rules/regulations for a number of breeds right up to the national level. Stallion Handling - Or mare holding.  If you need help handling your stallions or someone to hold the mare, I have a lot of breeding experience with different stallions.  I also can teach you proper hygene and safety if you are new to stallion ownership.
